Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We're a licensed Washington general contractor and provide proof of insurance before any work begins.
Do you handle the permits?+
Yes. Where the scope requires a permit, we prepare the submittal and manage city review and inspections as part of the project.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?+
For most kitchen, bath and basement projects, yes. We contain dust and tell you ahead of time which days water or power are affected.
Is the estimate really free?+
Yes. We walk the space, talk through scope and budget, and follow up with a written, itemized estimate — no obligation and no pressure.
